Taxes
We do not file your taxes. We keep the numbers right all year and hand them over clean: what landed, what you spent, what to set aside, and when it is due where you live.
Roughly federal income tax plus 15.3% self-employment tax for most creators. State tax varies; 30% is a safe start.

Forward any receipt or order confirmation to , or drop the PDF in the Vault. It is read, filed under the right category and logged here. Nothing to type. The box below is for the ones with no paper.

When a brand asks for tax info
- Brands that pay you $600 or more in a year send a 1099-NEC in January. Your export lists what each brand paid so you can check theirs against yours.
- Before the first payment most brands ask for a W-9: your legal name, address and SSN or EIN. Fill it once, keep the PDF in the Vault, send it when asked. Blank W-9 from the IRS.
- Never put your SSN in an email body. Attach the PDF, or use the brand's vendor portal.
Ask a pro
When it is time to file, hand them the export. These are the ones creators actually use; we have no arrangement with any of them.
- Keeper Files for freelancers and creators, finds write-offs.
- Collective S-corp setup and bookkeeping once you clear about $80k.
This page keeps records and does arithmetic. It is not tax advice; rates and dates are public defaults and your situation may differ. Export includes income, expenses and invoices as CSV
